My Nail Art Journey
My fascination with nail art started when I was fifteen years old. I still remember watching my older sister transform her plain nails into miniature canvases with just a few polish bottles and some creativity. The way a simple manicure could boost someone’s confidence and complete their entire look captivated me.
After high school, I pursued my passion by enrolling in a cosmetology program where I specialized in nail technology. I have formal training in nail technology through a cosmetology program and several years of hands-on experience working in professional nail salons and spas, including a memorable period at an upscale day spa where I learned the importance of precision, creativity, and staying current with trends.
Through this professional experience, I realized that not everyone has the time or budget for weekly salon visits. That’s when I discovered my true passion: making beautiful nail designs accessible to everyone who wants to create stunning looks at home.
Why I Started Nails Ideas
I decided to start this site as a way to share nail inspiration with nail lovers like you. When I refer to “Nails Ideas” or use “we” anywhere on this site, I’m talking about the brand — all content is created and curated by me personally.
My mission is simple: to prove that you don’t need to be a professional nail technician to have gorgeous nails.
